Somebody who has just paid for a water report on a vacant parcel is not browsing. They are deciding whether to buy land and put a well in it. That is a narrow, high-intent moment, and it is the only kind of lead we intend to send you.

The contractor program is not open yet.
We are being straight with you rather than taking sign-ups for something we cannot deliver this week. The data platform is live and reports are being generated. The lead delivery side — directory listings, lead routing, and billing — is still being built. There is no charge, no contract, and nothing to cancel today.

What a lead will actually contain
Most lead products sell you a name and a phone number. Because we generate the water analysis first, we can tell you what the job probably is before you ever pick up the phone.
The parcel, not just the person
Legal description, acreage, township, range and section, and the parcel boundary — so you know the access and the ground before you drive out.
The likely depth range
Drawn from comparable wells nearby, with the count of comparables and the confidence level. You can price the job from your truck instead of after a site visit.
The geology of record
The mapped hydrogeologic unit at the site, so you know whether you are looking at basin fill or consolidated rock before you quote.
Reported yields nearby
What neighbouring wells actually produce, so you know whether the client's irrigation expectations are realistic.
Regulatory position
Whether the parcel sits inside a controlled groundwater area or a closed basin — the thing that turns a routine job into a permitting problem.
Intent, dated
When they bought the report, and whether they own the parcel yet. A buyer in diligence and an owner ready to drill are different calls.

What we will not do
Worth saying plainly, since most of the industry does the opposite.
- Sell the same lead to six contractors and let you race each other to the bottom on price.
- Charge a monthly directory fee whether or not you ever hear from anyone.
- Rank contractors by who paid the most. If we ever rank, we will say what the ranking is based on.
- Pass along a homeowner's contact details without their knowledge.
